2. • Transaction fee charges will be borne by the cardholder for all payments..
3. • In case the payment is successful but the receipt is not generated, please contact the College Administration Team. (Do not attempt the payment again).
4. • Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances or clauses of K.C.T.C. College, Raxaul.
